Aww man, I love SD5's. Where did you score one of those from anyway? Hopefully you'll have better luck with your JAC MP5 than I'm having with mine. Mine is still acting up and I just can't figure out why. Let me know once you receive the SD5. I wonder how the rubberized foregrip feels on the JAC series. Marui ones were great in my opinion, but I'm sure the JAC one will feel even better. Edit: Ya know if you're already on a roll with these great classic guns why not get even more? home.earthlink.net/~chungtj/_wsn/page4.html

Hey Hado i got my MP5 SD5 and it has Dual power system, the gun is capable of running off of the internal tank in the pistol grip, internal tank in the stock, or using a remote air source for even more power! The internal tanks double as expansion chambers when the remote is used. But Alas i found a problem with it and i think i may be able to fix it. the gun is stuck in full auto, but the selecter switch moves and clicks in each position. i put it in safe and i am still able to shoot full auto So it may just be a part that came off the selector or a worn/broke part. i'll end up tearing it apart this weekend anyways.

Aww man, yours is messed up too? Starting to think we got ripped off here. Both gun were advertised as "brand new" but both of em have some major problems. Sure they LOOK unused but sheesh, for the money they should at least be in working condition. Guess I've learned my lesson...next time I'll buy from TJ. At least my A4 won't fire when in safe so I guess SOMETHING works. If you can, snap me a pic of the lower receivers internal ratchet system when turned to safe. Want to see how it compares to mine as I think that ratchet system is where my problem lies. Maybe not, but I've pretty much tried everything and I'm running out of ideas.

the trigger assemble is pretty easy hado, i looked at mine and it works properly, but that is not my problem. try looking at your valve stem where the ratchet hits. see if that valve is all the way seated and not too low. i thought that was my problem but isn't. my problem is the recoil on the barrel. it doesn't seem to be going all the way back and get's stuck somehow. i took it all apart and looks fine. it acts like the when you put the gun back together it isn't perfect and gets stuck on the recoil. dunno how to fix it.
