Me and a friend recently placed an order at Evike, we both bought the same gun, and most of the same equipment.
It took a moderate amount of time for them to get the order out and shipped to us (in all, almost 2 weeks). Which isn't to bad, but not all that quick either.
My friend received everything that he ordered, myself on the other hand got a 9.6v battery, when I ordered a 8.4, luckily, it still fit into the foregrip. I also ordered a G&P m4, its pretty much a standard m4, save for the "custom" markings the gun was supposed to have on the side (it was the navy seal edition). Rather, I received the USMC marine version, which doesn't really bother me, and instead of a standard m4, the gun had a magpul foregrip, pistol grip, buttstock, and magazine on/with the gun. Not that I'm complaining or anything....
The foregrip had been wired for a PEQ box, based on the fact that the battery connector, and I believe the fuse box, had been wired through to the outside of the foregrip. I had to pop off the battery connector and reroute it to the inside of the foregrip.
Other than those few discrepancies, my experience with evike was overall pretty good, I'll order from them in the future, and I would recommend them to friends.

I've been having some troubles with Evike lately too. I had an item on backorder for a few weeks and they sent me the wrong thing, still waiting for a response on my RMA form. I just ordered from them last night. Evike is where I buy the majority of my stuff from, considering their prices are cheaper than ASGI and they always seem to have what I want.

Oh totally, like I said, I'm not really complaining, but the inconsistency in their orders makes me a bit nervous. We just ordered another round of stuff; more mags, I got a tac vest, plus some other random gear. If what they send doesn't work or fit, it be another couple of weeks just to get it there and then get the right stuff back. So here's hoping. I'll update with an edit once that batch arrives, let you guys know if I got another free upgrade.

Now you've made me nervous. I have a replica body armor, flight gloves, and a few other small things on their way from Evike. Actually, they should arrive tomorrow, weather permitting. Anyway they better have sent me the black body armor and OD flight gloves in the right colors, I'll be pissed if I have to wait another 1-2 weeks to get things straightened out. They already took an entire week just to process me.

Yeah I placed an order Tuesday and it still hasn't been processed yet. By far the worst I have seen out of the 6 or so different websites I have gone through. Most would be at my door already... They must have some uber plans for Vday.

Yeah, they took nearly a week to process my order too. Fortunately, they got it right and packaged it pretty well.
I'd give them a B

So got a small update, the ordered finally moved from processed into shipped, got a UPS email a little while later confirming this. A day or so after these emails, Evike sends me an email informing me that the vest I ordered was on backorder.....So....wait. What? The website never said, and still doesn't say the item is on backorder, you allow me to add it to the cart, pay for, and then say you've shipped everything, only to tell me a couple of days later that the item is now on backorder?
In their defense, they gave me 3 options to deal with it, I could either get another item for 10% off, wait for the item to arrive, or cancel the order on that item for a refund. I decided to go with the third option, and a few hours later, a customer service rep emailed me confirming this. So that was helpful, and quick. I'm still a little disappointed that they didn't have the vest, and didn't let me know until the package as a whole was already shipped, but atleast they let me cancel the vest for a full refund.

Almost the exact same thing happened to me. Check out my AWESOME story in a different thread if you want. Evike blows.

I got a response on my RMA, I just have to send it all to them. I also got my most recent order (3-day select). I received everything I wanted, as I wanted. Once I send this RMA and it goes through. I won't be buying anything airsoft for a while. Evike is iffy, you either get it or you get hit. No in between.

So, just got the stuff we ordered, everything came as ordered, which is nice. Minus the vest of course, now I'm just waiting for my account to be credited for the backordered vest I canceled, other than that, everything was good.
Evike is a fickle beast, on one hand, they've got good prices (especially with the 15% off coupon code....) but they ship somewhat slow, and their reliability in order correctness is somewhat lacking. I don't have much to order for awhile now, if and when I do, I don't know for certain I'll be going with them or not, its hard to say.

My experience with Evike has been iffy as well. When I ordered 15K BB's from them, they were not packaged right and the bag broke inside the box. They replaced it, but it wasn't pleasant. Also ordered a gun from there and some batteries, had issues with both. I agree with Echelon. Its really my LAST choice in online ordering after the issues I have had with them. But I would still order from them if I had to.
Its not that they are bad, just sloppy and seemingly a bit disorganized.
