I bought my first airsoft used from eBay and it arrived today. After a load of research I decided on the KWC Desert Eagle. Wow this thing is beautiful. I need to purchase some Gas BB's and a magazine (not included with the used gun). Since I only spent $40 including shipping for the gun (no mag gas or ammo), I think I made out pretty well. Can't wait to fire it up! Anything special I need to do? I need to find a guide for how to disassemble this bad boy (no manual). And I need to know where to apply lube and how often to lube it up. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

It comes appart really easy. You will see that there is a button near the trigger, all you need to do is push that, and move the little small piece which is above the trigger on an angle. You can then slide the barrel off, and the slide will also slide off.
*If you havent noticed, the barrel has a plastic piece that slides away so you can adjust the hopup.
I know this may not be a whole lot of help since it isnt a graphical explination, but I hope it helps.

Well I got it apart, thanks for the info... now how do I put it back together I think I understand everything, except when I slid the barrell off 2 springs attached to a metal guide of some sort fell out. Not sure how this fits in.

Heh! I bet that was a heart stopping moment. Kinda goes to show (And this is something to remember for when you get an AEG):
Don't mess around with your gun unless you need to

It's the sick relationship between people going 'Oo! My new gun!' and 'I wonder if I can take it apart!' without realizing it's A) Brand new territory for them and B) The manual is probably in Japanese. ;D ;D

Don't mess around with your gun unless you need to Yeah I know. I did need to know how to do this eventually (cleaning and lubing) though.
