Okay, so this was quite possibly the worst customer experience I have had to date. Not only were they unprofessional and uncurteous, but they couldn't keep their word on anything.
I originally thought it would be a GREAT idea to get in on their WGC order, as they are a wholesaler for WGC shop. I was going to save about $60 as opposed to going through WGC because of their free shipping on orders over $100. So I placed the order, and weeks went by after they "placed" their order with WGC. Apparently it takes more than 2 weeks to process an order, and then another week to ship it, and then yet another week for it to get to their shop. Did I mention another week for it to get to you? Yeah. Anyways, I put in a large order for a significant amount of pouches.
After filing a paypal claim (a month after I originally paid for the stuff) and getting denied it because of the SUPER FINE print, I emailed them frequently for updates, etc. They were slow with replies, and never could give a definite update. It wasn't until it was shipped, 5 weeks after I paid for it, that I got some definite answers from them. To make matters worse, when they assured me they would send it 2 day UPS on Wednesday so that it would get here sooner, the dunces sent it on Thursday... which is just as stupid as can be. It clearly wouldn't have arrived until Monday since UPS doesn't deliver on weekends. Whatever, their waste of money.
Anyways! So I finally get the package, and I open it and everything seems fine. Oh wait... one of the pouches is in the wrong effing color. And it's not just the color is wrong, and it could be easily missed, no, the freaking giant label on the bag said Coyote Brown when I ordered Khaki. It was extremely noticeable and just another mess up on their part.
So I email them again, and they had the audacity to tell me that it would take FOUR TO SIX EFFING WEEKS to fix the problem. Are you serious? HAHAHAHA! I asked for a refund of course, and it was like pulling teeth. These guys are just NOT someone you want to deal with. They have a ton of fine print to save their tail for paypal disputes, so that they can screw the customer out of $. Don't waste your time on these jokers. Not even close to being worth it.
