No, no sarcasm at all. That's why I said 'No shit'.

I am also having a problem… if I go from full auto to semi it stays in full auto I have to flip it to safety then back to semi. Not a big problem but a problem none the less. Any suggestions?

HnD: The tappet plate isn't being grabbed by your selector switch to change from full to semi. You may want to see if either part is loose.

Hmm how did I miss this thread it must have been the 8 hour drive down here:)
Anyways As far as misfeeds I would check other mags but my TM locap, G&P midcaps and everything else has worked just fine in my CA M15A4 RIS.
The hopup is a one peice with the feed tube, also because the nozzle is brass it seems to hang in the metal hopup a little more than a TM gun. Metal to metal seems to hang a little more, so my suggestion really would just be to shoot a little more with it, and allow things to wear just a little, or perhaps take it down and lube some of the area near the hopup.
As far as takedown I'm guessing you haven't torn this thing down yet, so I'll give you the way that I've been doing it, including the what not to do:)
Take the lower RIS plate out by pulling the delta ring towards the rear, and holding the delta ring back pull gently on the rear of the lower RIS panel, this will be the bottom quarter of the RIS. This will expose your wires and a small set of connector's should be visible, disconnect both of them. At this point make sure you've got the magazine out of the gun, and also pull the front receiver pin(I don't think you have to remove the other, or perhaps it's just the rear, either way I'm 500 miles from my guns at the moment so this is from memory). Now you can begin to take the receivers apart, though it's nothing like a TM receiever as far as takedown. The upper receiver will slide forward the length of the mechbox then they will be seperate. DO NOT TRY TO OPEN IT LIKE A TM. As you begin to pull the upper forward I would suggest having the gun upsidedown so you can see into the magwell, you will notice your wires run through a tiny channel under the delta ring, they will need to feed through that channel all the way out, before the receiver's will have room to seperate. Also you should not the wires run on both sides of the one peice hopup unit, this will become important later as if they are in the wrong spots you can bind on your mag etc.
NOTE: Watch the wires very closely they have a very high silicone content and it's more then easy to scar them up and expose copper. Be carefull.
One thing you will also find is the charging handle will catch at some point on the top of the mechbox shell as you pull the receiver's apart, it will seem like there isn't room to move it past the mechbox but all you need to do is pull the handle back an inch or so, allowing enough play vertically to clear. So as your moving the upper receiver forward, move the hopup unit and watch the wires and the charging handle. Peice of cake ;D
Putting it back together is much the same, but you will have to pull the charging handle out early to allow it to clear, the wires are a pain. When you get it half slid together I would suggest starting working with the wires. I would also suggest a pair of tweezers, as it will make routing the wires through the delta ring, try to feed them one at a time, you also may need to remove just a little of the black heat shrink which is around the wires.
Thats about it, any questions feel free to ask but I can't garuntee how much I will be online for the next few days but, I will get back with you.
