Well i have an sr-16 and I just put a telescoping stock on it, the battery is currently strapped to the telescoping stock. www.airsoft128.com/cgi-bin/store1/AA-VXA028.html I would like to rewire the gun so i can but my battery in that battery box. How would i go about doing that? Thanks

You'll have to open up the gearbox and reroute the wires to go underneath the barrel mounting block that attaches to the reciever.

It would require you to break the gun down, open up the gear box, and redirect the wires, and so on. If you need help with it I may be able to help you out.

Jacko, would i need to purchase any new wirining to get it to the foregrip. Also how do i go about getting the wires to the battery box from the foregrip? I need a little help so and info would be appreciated..

Well, in the Ver.2 gearbox there are channels to route the wires towards the front of the gearbox. I don't believe you'd have to buy any additional wires, but I'm not 100% sure. I've never done it.

i had an m733 that i rewired for a full stock, and because of the short wiring, i just bought a new wire assembly. i'd assume you'd have to do the same thing i did but opposite. if that makes any sense to you. or you could buy some wire at Home Depot and jurry-rig it or something. taped wires would match your already taped reciever

Just so happens that I have Black and Red silicon 12,14,16,18 gage in stock, connectors, and crimps. If you are still having some problems after all the support that the above MIA members have given, you can bring it over and we can do it together.

Sorry for the late reply 21ca do you know what all ill need to do the rewiring? I heard 18 gage wiring is good but what other connecters and things will I need?
