I don't really like the forgrips that came on my CA M15 so I tried some bushmaster Ar-15 ones on it and they were about a half inch or so to big. So, can someone tell me some real steel forgrips that are the right size? Also how are the TM grips different than the CA ones? Thanks for the help.

on TM guns you can adjust the outer barrel assembly for and back, there a 2 screws connected to the front of outer barrel, it may be the same on CAs, and im may give you your half-inch

Ok, I I'll have to check that out.

EDIT: Nope I just looked unfortunately the outer barrel doesn't have any adjustment screws.
Are there any that would fit it? because I'm going to a gun show in Kalamazoo tomorrow and could probably find what I'm looking for there.

This belongs in tech but here is your answer. Tokyo Marui and the rest of the airsoft manufactures advertise their weapons at 1:1 scale. They lie, most of the replicas are not the same as their real steel counterparts. Of course they are as close as it gets so we can’t really complain, as far as the average airsofter is concerned they are exact.

You could try emailing some real-steel accesory sites with how long you need the foregrips and seeing if they have a match. I know www.SOGarmory.com carries a lot of third-party foregrips.

CA's are essentially a Marui clone as a result the TM foregrips should work just fine. As was said above the real steal handgrips will be to long, the CA has a one piece outer barrel so you won't be able to extend it. Now I've not tried this on my CA as I haven't had a reason to, but you may be able to loosen the front site assembly and move it forward the needed distance to compensate for the longer grips. This will cause your barrel to look that little bit shorter, but may work as a good solution. From memory it seems the front site is secured with set screws, but you'll want to double check as I don't have my gun up here with me to see.
Good Luck.

What is the difference between the TM and CA grips, because i have heard a lot of people switch from the CA to the TM ones.
