What are the differences between the gears when they are marked as "High Torque" and "high speed." I mean, i know what torque is and all, but what will be the differences in gun performance between them? Also on a side note, what exactly do people do when they reinforce a mechbox. I have heard some conflicting methods and just wondered. thanks, CW

High speed gears are just that, they are made lighter and meant to put out a higher ROF
High Torque gears are sturdier and is meant to be used in upgraded guns where power is needed
When people reinforce their mechbox, they mean buying an entirely new mechbox designed to handle more stress

Thanks DE50man. I was also wondering what cylinder would go in a G36 for a tune up, because they don't specifically say "cylinder for G36" like they do with the other.
Thanks again, CW

An AK cylinder, I would imagine. THe G36 series uses the Version 3 gearbox, which the AK uses as well.

You've got to match the cylinder to barrel volume, not gearbox type. The G36 uses a 247mm inner barrel, which both the CAR 15 and P90 use. Unfortunately, I can't find a cylinder labeled to match either of those. But the MC-51 uses a very similar length barrel, so you'll be able to use that cylinder. www.combatdepot.com/default.asp?pg=products&specific=jpkohqq8
