I just recived my uncompany upgraded KSC G26c {second hand} and some times it will not fully cycle. I will load it up {gas, bbs} and pull back the slide, it will fire 1 shot {dosn't matter if it is on semi or full} then to have it fire again i have to push the slide forward less than a 1/16 of an inch. I think i need some silicon, but if there is something else wrong i would like to know.

What kind of gas are you using and did you let the mag warm/equalize?
Is that a metal slide glock? If so then I would suggest green gas anyhow as 134a will barely cycle the slide most times. Also you should conider temps this time of year even with Green gas. Just some thoughts:)

mine does this as well. it doesn't fail to fire...but the slide hangs back a tad much for my liking at times.
best advice i can give: remove the slide, and clean everything...every single thing inside the frame and slide.
get q-tips and clean inside the rails, and the rail grooves on the slide.
Then.. oil it up with some shock oil.
this clears the problems on mine for at least a couple dozen magazines.

Luke: Yes it is a metal slide glock and i am using green gas, i did let the mag warm up and i ws uning it indoors so no real temp trouble I think.
B-mack: Thank you for the segestion i will try that tonight.

I would guess that UNcompany did a quick job on fitting the slide, and it needs to be filed out a little more. Clean it out good first to make sure that's not what's causing you the problems. If it still sticks, take a file to the inside of the rail on the slide (DO NOT FILE THE RAIL ON THE GUN!). Go at it very gently and check the fit frequently. It doesn't seem like you'd have much to take off, so in your case, probably every 5 light strokes. Take the blow back chamber, barrel, and guide rod out before you start filing. You don't want to get aluminum shavings in there.
