Well, some people may know that I have posted a lot of threads on the subject of my AEG (sorry about that). I need some suggestions on who to install an 130% spring. My M120 spring right now is too strong for my gun and I am afraid that if I do not install a weaker spring, then I am running a risk of causing damage to my gun. If anybody has any suggestions on who to send my gun to, then please reply. (I was thinking WTS)

I would check out the upgrade guide at AirsoftPlayers and give it a shot. If you find you can't do it(now I'm not saying breaking it by trying) then send it to WTS. Now I know some other guys do upgrades, but WTS probably has the most experience in upgrades, but that also comes with a price.

A spring swap is easy, especially if someone else has already modified the mechbox and exposed the piston head screw. Hell, I'd do it for you for $10 if you covered the shipping costs. And if you were close enough to bring it to me, I'd do it in front of you and show you how everything works such that if you ever wanted to change it back you'd be able to do it yourself.

Well, this is my first AEG and I do not the basics of the mechbox, but like Luke said, I could just go on airsoft players and figure out how to do it. But if my parents think I am going to mess my gun up, I might just send it to you Munnin.
Plus, what spring should I buy a 120% a 130% or a 140%

140% should put you just under 360 FPS, especially with a gun with as short an inner barrel as an MP5. That's pretty much the spot where you get the most bang for your buck (good outdoor range and accuracy, but you can still use it indoors).
If you want it installed, let me know.

If you can possibly do so, take it to Munin personally and watch him do the work. It's not difficult, and knowing your way around a mechbox can be incredibly useful (not to mention a money saver). I know I was wishing I had someone who knew WTF they were doing around when I first took my MP5 apart. However, I'm glad I did it myself, as I now feel confident in doing any mechbox work that my gun may need.
Anyhow, my 2 cents. Take them as you will.
