Its like a little thicker than a AA battery but where could i find one. Im not to bright with batteries . Is anyone else?

ha, my bro and i picked up two 3v batteries for his CA foregrip. It is bright as hell! I guess if we can't use flashbangs we should at least have high lum lights to stun our opponents on entry.

They should last about 1 hour or so depending on the lamp.

heh. Check e-bay. You can often get a box of 16 for like 20 bucks. I'm pretty sure they can be purchased "normally" online for a relatively low price also.

The batteries will last, like Hado said, depending on how many lumens your bulb assembly tosses out. I believe the basic lamp (surefires P60), will last for an hour of continuous light, and the P61 will last for 20 or 25 minutes of continuous light.
My batteries have lasted about 9 months, that's through conservative use of the light, and you could probably stretch it even longer. It's also not wise to leave it on continuously, especially with the cheaper CA light, as you run risk of warping/melting the lens.
