Upon upgrading my gearbox lately with a new nozzle, spring, and spring guide, somethings a little wrong with my full auto. Some times, after I release the trigger on full auto, the gears make a clicking noise. Also, right before I release it, it will shoot one or two at regular range, and one will shoot about half of the regular distance. I greased the gears with white lithium grease, and lubed spring, piston and head, and cylinder lightly. It's not the timing on the spur gear, for I've adjusted that to many different positions. I also have the bevel gear (I think that's it) turned clockwise as much as possible till it stops against the anti-reversal latch. I've tried it with a ton of grease on the gears and bushings, some grease, and little amount of grease, and even no grease. I'd be grateful if you guys could answer my problem today, for I have a big game tommorrow. Thanks in advance!

Are the bbs feeding into the chamber? check the clip,it may be something with the clip. I think Andree had a problem like that and i think it was the clip. (this is SilentEnemy, i felt it was time for a change of display name)

Someone from Arnie's Airsoft kindly answered my question...my anti-reversal latch has worn down and it needed to be sharpened a bit because it was allowing the bevel gear to slip back.
