I have a M733 in shipment right now and Im looking ahead to upgrading it. I already know I will get new bushings and gears, but im trying to decide what spring to put in. I could either use a 100%, 120%, or 140%. I want to help my accuracy and range out a bit but i dont want everything getting torn up inside. I also dont want to run into any fps regulations at different events. I was just wondering what you thought would be best for my gun.

A 140% should keep you under the 350 limit at most CQB fields while still giving you a noticable advantage over a stock gun. A 150% has put 4 out of 5 guns over that limit (one to about 385). You could play it safe with a 130% and be sure that you are under 350. I wouldn't be suprised if a 140% went up to 355-360, but a 130% should never really go that high.
In all honesty, with such a weak upgrade, you don't need to replace any gears. Just get some systema oilless metal bushings and you should be set for a while.
If you want to kick up your accuracy, you can drop in a tightbore barrel. It'll bring your groupings in a bit. If you liked the look, you could put a silencer on and run an even longer tightbore barrel through that to get the most accuracy out of the gun. The problem with that is the silencer won't really be removable. You can take it off, but you'll have a few inches of brass inner barrel showing, and that will be easily damaged and easily dirtied.
