I probably am going to have to replace my motor. Should I buy a systema motor or a stcok marui eg1000 motor? If systema then specify which one. I am also about to install a m100 spring with metal bushings.

With an M100, I definitely would not recommend getting a Systema motor. Their hi-speed motor literally killed my M4, which had a PDI 150% spring in it (just about equivalent to the M100). For a hi-speed motor, expect the ROF to go up a couple hundred balls per second.
A high-torque motor would be so much overkill it just wouldn't be funny. For the hi-torque motor, expect "wind-up time" to get up significantly, so much, in fact, that you should really only get it if you are powering an M120 or higher...and even then...using a higher voltage battery might just be a better solution.
By the way, I have a TM EG1000 lying around if you need one. Just PM me.

it would be the systema long type.
I recently put a M100 and high-speed in my M4A1, I'll let you know how it works out. However, I read it will work fine as long as you don't use anything larger then a M100.
