Whenever I fire the gun, when it runs out of ammo the slide never wants to stay back. It seems as if the slide doesn't have enough power to get all the way back so that it can lock. Anyone had similar problems that might explain my problem?

What kind of gun is it, I assume your using duster gas since our PM's about it but, what kind of gas? Whenever you post about a gun problem make sure you add all the info about it you can. Thanks

Is it a TM desert eagle or the KWC desert eagle.
When you notice this problem, have you just rapidly fired off the entire mag (there fore, you suffer from "cool down") or was it under more normal skirmish conditions where a few shots are fired in bursts until the mag is empty?

Sorry that i wasnt very specific, it is a KWC desert eagle, i dont believe that it is the cool down effect because i left my mag to warm up a couple minutes like usual, and then fired blank immediately and the slide cycles but does not come all the way back enough to lock, currently i am using green gas(havent got any duster yet)

Have you lubed it at all?
It could be a problem of not enough lube, it could be a problem of too much lube. Otherwise, it doesn't sound like there's any user error going on.
Try filling up the mag and letting it sit for a few minutes and dry fire the first shot (so the first shot is blank and on a full charge of gas).
Can you get the slide to lock back manually?

ya i lube it all the time, everywhere i can, i may not be lubing in all the correct places though, i have tried it on a full charge and it hasnt worked, i can lock the slide back manually, if i had to guess....it seems like the hammer sticks up too much and somewhat restricts the slides movement though, other than that i guess maybe too much lube

Ever get it to work correctly?
Im hoping that duster gas could possible help cycle the slide harder and make it work again

You may be over lubing. Try taking it apart and cleaning out everything. Then lightly relube with pure, 100% silicone with a weight no greater than 35-40. You can get this most hobby stores in the form of RC car shock oil (if it's not what you're using already).
clean ALL of the old lube out (preferably using a coton cloth, like a cut up hanes undershirt or something. If you have to, carefully use Q-tips and try not to get any of the fibers in the gun), and then LIGHTLY relube.

I thank you for your help and i will get on that soon, im using the silicon spray that came with the gun so it should be correct lube

I have no idea what the weight is because everything on the canister is in a different language, but i know it should work.
I have un-lubed it then lightly lubed it, but it did not help, im pretty sure that its the hammer rubbing against the bottom of the slide making it harder to cycle that is the problem, however i have no idea how to fix it, i might take it to Wolverine Tactical, otherwise im pretty much out of ideas

Does anyone know who I could contact that might be able to help with this problem?
Preferably someone who has delt with the problem previously
