I just tried to install metal bushings, a M100 spring, and a Hurricane metal body. I finished the gearbox and basically got all the way through the body installation... I then ran into problems. We wanted to test the gun before totally installing it but the fuse blew when we pulled the trigger. Then when we tried to fit the two halves together the hopup pushed and broke the black noozle that protrudes from the front of the gear box...
I need help.

I would suggest the first thing you do is to order a new nozzle. It sounds like you might not have had it installed on the tappet plate correctly or the feed nozzle (mounted to the lower receiver via two small screws) was installed incorrectly or seated while you tried to insert the gearbox. Either way you know for sure that the nozzle is broken. The fuse blowing could have been caused by any number of reasons. When you reassembled the gearbox halves one of the wires could have been misrouted and shorted on the gearbox, or maybe the gears jammed up and caused the motor to draw high amperage. A fuse blowing is no big deal, because its there to protect the other electrical components. After you get the nozzle you should try to find someone in your area who's familiar with the V.2 gearbox and have them refit the nozzle and install the gearbox in the receiver.

The first thing I would check is the shims, especially if this is the first upgrade you've done. Those little metal disks can be big trouble if they're not put in properly. Also make sure the bushing are in all the way, tap lightly with a punch or mallet to get them seated if you have to.

i made sure all the bushing were in... and I think the noozle was in the gearbox correctly, but I could be wrong. We were able to install the gearbox correctly into the lower receiver.

Another that you might have done wrong was when installing the handgrip nd motor. When putting back the motor cover, the little allen screw that goes in the bottom might have been in too far. This casue the motor to not turn but draw high amperage and you will blow a fuse. This happened to me and all you have to do is back the srew out gradually till the gun fires.
