My TM MP5A4 eather shoots 2 or no BBs and when it does shoot BBs its rarely a good clean normal shot. Most of the time it shoots 2 BBs like 10-15ft. I cant take it apart. I tryed but I couldn't find the screws and the manuel didn't help much. The gears and motor sound fine. I'm staped for cash so sending it in to Mike is a posibility for another month. Has this happend to anywon elts? Thanks.

if you can't find out how to take it apart, you probly shouldn't. but that sounds like a tappet plate issue to me.

dont send it to mike yet. mike is great and all but i have an easier and less expensive solution BEFORE u send it to Mike. go to any sporting good's store and get a cleaning rod with tip, some patches (small), and gun oil. or a cleaning kit. if u ahev trouble ask someone they will know what I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. talking about. take te rod and asseble it (screw it together and screw the tip on), put a corner of a patch through till there is half the patch on both sides and put a little oil on the patch. then turn I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. hop-up off and run about 5-10 (how ever many u want) patches through the barrel (with oil) then like 2-3 without oil. that should make it fire right once u readjust I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. hop-up. same thing happened to my next-door neighbor and i fixed it by doing that. just remember: IF U DONT TURN YOUR HOPUP OFF U MIGHT RUIN THE BUCKING! that would be bad

You won't [ALL CAPS] RUIN you hop-up bucking with a cleaning patch, You will however lube it to be ineffective for about 200 rounds or so. and instead of buying a cleaning rod, just use the rod that came with your gun when you bought it. But, that is probably NOT going to solve the problem, if it is the tappet plate or nozzle. (which I can tell after 30 seconds of lookng at it) Bring it in on THUR, and I will take a look at it FREE (the $40 is the mail order bench charge, which If I can determine the prob in few minutes at the store, I waive that fee) Side note: $20 of the $40 goes toward your repair cost if parts are involved.

thanks fo correcting me mike, i was always told that it would ruin it. i forgot a cleaning rod comes with it...oops. but yea, definately let Mike look at it first. if the tappet plate isnt the prob or the nozzle then clean the barrel an see what happens but Mike's the pro (and a great one at that) so let him check it out before you take my advice
