Expired MOA Field Waivers Updated 10/8

On this thread MOA will be posting the names of those players who's waivers are expired and need to have new ones filled out.

- If you are under the age of 18 you need to make sure your parent and or Legal Guardian fills out there part in whole.

- If you are over the age of 18 be sure to fill out the whole waiver.

- Be sure to print so that it can be read as this is a legal documnet and it needs to be able to be read.

- If you have any questions feel free to post up here or send a pm to me. This list will be updated every week.
