As I said in another thread over all I was disappointed with 21st Century when I went to there shop in person.
I'd been looking to buy some Classic Army AEG's, KWA or KSC Glock or some type of .45 (WE Hi-cappa?) pistol. I found there webpage via this forum and looked at there inventory. I assumed because the items I wanted were listed as in stock, they were in fact in stock. I almost placed an order online for a couple guns and turned over my hard earned money but at the last minute I decided to make the long drive up there to check out some of the other guns. I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and I liked the feel of the guns I picked out.
I spoke to Bill via email half a dozen times before going and twice on the phone. Never ONCE did he say the guns I emailed or asked about were out of stock.
I drove all the way up there only to find they basically had no stock. They had maybe a half dozen CA's (mostly G36's and like 1 M4), 1 TM M4 RIS, and a few other random pistols. They had a ton of tac vests and scopes though.
I told them what I wanted (CA HK33) and Bill was like “yeah we have 5 of those coming in this week.” I said cool I want one. He said "o, those are all sold, sorry."
Then the other guy working made the comment but if you want to buy one and pay us, we will ship it to your house as soon as we have some more that are not for pervious orders. I almost did it but I decided to just check back later.
I did end up buying a tac vest and I remember when I was checking out at the front desk someone calling and bitching about they had been waiting 6 months for and order and they wanted there stuff or they were going to do a charge back threw there credit card company.
Anyway, I recently decided to place an order for the guns I wanted and just wait til they came in and go pick them up but then Toothbrush posted about this Glock and you other guys posted some stuff about Bill that’s opened my eye to the type of business ethic's this guy has.
I just want to say thanks for leaving this thread open and helping me decide not to do business with Bill unless the items I want are in fact in stock and available for pickup.
I’m sure it saved me headaches, months of waiting and numerous phone calls.
