I bought his -KWC NBB Revolver that he posted for sale on his post * Garage Sale *1/31/06* « Thread Started on Jan 18, 2006, 2:58am. I sent him the $45 threw pay pal on 1\27\06 and received a notice that he accepted the payment. I then sent him a couple PMs and emails on 1/31/06 asking for the status on the shipment. This is the last PM I received form him.
« Message sent on Feb 1, 2006, 11:43am »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yeah, I sent it vis snail mail...My apologies for the slow time. If it doesn’t get there by Friday send me another PM and I'll go to the post office check on its progress, grab you a tracking number, and that’s all I can really do at this point. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I posted a message on the commence section asking if anyone knew this guy personally and if they could help me get a hold of him. CantoXII sent me a PM and informed me that he did know him and what was the trouble. I told him my story about paying and him dropping off the face of the earth. CantoXII knew the item I was talking about and in fact had sent it out himself via UPS for caveman. Turns out the caveman was short on money or something and still owes CantoXII for shipping it out. When I got home last night a UPS sticker was on my door so I plan on having it today. They kid just lied, told me he had sent it out 2 weeks ago by post office. I won’t be dealing with him again.

I must cast another negative vote against Caveman. I purchased a TM MK23 nbb from him nearly a year ago. I promptly sent my payment and recieved the gun. I quickly came to find that one of the mags wouldn't hold any gas at all. I inquired regarding this and he blamed postage. I also noticed that there was no holster that he had said he forgot to include and would ship out later. I'm still waiting on that holster and reimbursement of the broken mag. After more inquiries, he blocked me on messenger and dodged all the PMs I sent him.
The funny thing is that he accidently left an OD American flag patch in the box which I quickly sent back to him.
Like with Bishop, CantoXII tried to be helpful. He put a burden on his shoulders which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately he was unable to help me.
I would be the farthest thing from willing to deal with Caveman again.

And this guy has done it again!!! This guy who'se using another name caveman745, has ripped me off too. He posted a classified ad on airsoftretreat.com on the last week of March for a Maruzen type U micro uzi. I paid him using usps money order and he said he was going to ship the item on april 19. Three weeks later, going to the fourth I still haven't received the item yet, and he emailed me on May 10 saying he is gonna ship my gun on the 11th. After I replied, he sent me another e-mail accusing me of spreading s#@&t on his webpage or something. Can you believe the nerve of this guy ripping me off and then accusing me of the S$%#t that he has done to himself anyway? He then explained that he was on vacation for 3 weeks...which I really don't care about, and I didn't pay him to go on a vacation, and that he had no internet access or whatsoever during his hiatus so he cannot send me my stuff. I didn't even know that you need internet access to send stuff to usps? Do you send the package online? It's kinda like a star trek story. He even sent me an e-mail saying that he still hasn't decided yet if he's giving me the gun or the money that I sent him...Are you kidding me? "hasn't decided yet" Can you guys, believe that??? After 3 weeks he hasn't sent my item and yet, he's telling me all this??? You owe me pal, and I don't owe you anything...you don't have the right to tell me you haven't decided on the matter yet!!! Another user from airsoft retreat e-mailed me that this guy has ripped him off for $120 easily. Selling his crappy m11 ingram online. He even requested the other guy to withdraw the complaint in his paypal account and that he didn't have money yet to pay him back, he surely got the nerve to say that huh? Then that other guy told me that another user from the same site has e-mailed him telling him that mr caveman has offered to sell him the same crappy gun. What does he think of us? Loan agencies that he could go to and then take our money and never give it back??? Good thing a guy here from mia sent me a message about all the details that mr. caveman has done in the past, pointing me to the right direction I believe that this guy has to pay for everything he has done. I can't believe that he still has selling privileges after ripping off so many people! Something has to be done with this... After his last e-mail, he never had the balls to reply to my e-mails giving him this week to send me my stuff, after that, let's see what happens. I can't believe this guy has done it so many times and he gets away with it...well, sorry pal, you ripped off the wrong guy!!!

Actually, one of my friends just bought that from him this last Sunday at a game. In fact, he is standing here in front of me now with the thing. The Micro Uzi that is.

I have spoken to Hardcoreboy in email and offered compensation multiple times either by MO for the amount he sent me or for an alternative item. I have yet to receive a response, but I guess it was excuse enough for this.

Well you don't have the gun anymore, send the man his money and be done with it. He shouldn't have to reply to your email. You know you don't have it, send him a check, problem solved.
I'm still pissed about the P90 and MP5K PDW crap I got dragged into. I busted my ass to smooth things over with that kid for you to keep him from calling the cops. I also went out of pocket on some shit Bobrobert needed to compensate for that P90 you never paid for and traded me and here we are again.
Now, I'm not perfect. I will admit that. I've had some dealings go south before. I've had some items get dragged out when they needed to be shipped due to unforeseen reasons. I'm still working on Justin's MP5 etc. I've never just straight up jacked someone by taking there money and selling the product to someone else. This is like the 3rd time you've had issue like this.
I'm not bitching because I'm trying to be a dick. I'm bitching because you seem like an alright kid and one of these days someone really is going to file a police complaint and you are going to wind up in a bunch of trouble over this shit.

One way or another he will be compensated.
I have made some mistakes, and for that I apologize. It is entirely my fault that he has not gotten his item, and I will work to correct the situation.
Hardcoreboy, I have PM'ed you my cell number. Lets hammer this out in voice.

You know what caveman? I have sent you numerous e-mails about this matter...and I am being ingored all the time. So don't tell me that you are waiting for a response from me. As I have told you in the e-mail, I am sick of e-mailing you because it is just being ignored! It's simple, give me my gun (which is impossible now as you have sold it to someone else) that shouldv'e been mine in the first place, or give me my money back! I don't need to tell you all this stuff! You don't need me to tell you what to do! And please...don't give us that crap that you were waiting for my response to tell you what I want in return. As we all know, the gun is gone, thanks to you! Can't do anything about that huh? Mistakes, you said? Have you seen all these people complaining about you??? I was shocked to read every complain that points out to the same thing...that you don't send the items that were supposed to be shipped in the first place. In my case, you sold a gun which, technically speaking, isn't yours anymore!!! All I see is that "caveman did this" , "caveman did that"...and all kinds of s#@%t. What are you gonna do if I tell you I want the gun instead of the money? Are you going to take it back from whoever bought it from you? All is simple, buyer pays for the item and you ship it asap. It's common sense. You don't get crap from transactions that go smoothly. "One way or another he will be compensated". WHEN? I DON'T WANT YOUR CELL NUMBER!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS WEEK!!! NOW STOP MAKING PROMISES THAT YOU ARE SENDING MY STUFF ON WHENEVER DATE YOU WANT!!! JUST SEND IT!!!! YOU STILL GOT 2 MORE DAYS!!! Can't blame me for getting so pissed off! Well you don't have the gun anymore, send the man his money and be done with it. He shouldn't have to reply to your email. You know you don't have it, send him a check, problem solved. kdogg, thanks a lot for the kind words.

Man I got scammed out of 400 bucks and I didn't cry this much, things happen and people forget what they owe to people, freaking out doesn't help, chillax and in due time you'll get your money or, karma will kick in and bite him in the arse.
I personally have had no issues with Caveman, like I said, every situation is different, and things happen. Relax, breath and things will work themselves out.

It's just pissing me off when things like these happen. I don't personally know him so it's just natural that I get paranoid when I don't recieve my item in almost a month. Yes, people forget what they owe to people but it is just plain unacceptable when you sell something, promise the buyer that you'll ship it the next day and you forget about it for almost a month. I once bought a magazine from florida and it took 3 weeks for me to get the item. Why didn't I complain? It's because he keeps me updated and answers my messages promptly. Now that's acceptable. Reason for a lot of people being scammed is because they don't fight for it. I'd rather fight than sulk inside my bedroom because some kid took my money...sorry that ain't happening. Sorry for your 400 bucks, but it is just plain wrong that you say "crying" for 65 bucks. Sorry I ain't rich. 65 dollars is 65 dollars. Besides that, did you ever read the 7th post on this topic?

Not to obtrude, but Tex has a point. If you settle down and handle this more, politely, I'm sure a positive result will be timely. All you had to do was post that you had a bad experience with him, and continue contacting him. Be reasonable and polite, and you can expect the same from him.

Well, he contacted me already so I am waiting for him to do his end of the bargain.
Update-------------------->
I guess here we go again... 2 weeks of waiting for nothing.
He e-mailed me Friday saying that the MO won't be arriving Saturday (which was supposed to be his last day) Told me to wait till Monday for the check to arrive.
E-mailed him Tuesday and he told me that he just mailed it out and to wait till Saturday. (another week of waiting)
Saturday came and still no mail from him.
Today will be my last day of waiting...then we'll up this dispute to another level.
I guess saying that you mailed the MO just buys you time eh??? We'll see...
