New member of the board, my intro

Hello-
I bought a new upgraded M4a1 last year and have yet to skirmish yet. I am from Kalamazoo, MI and want to get into skirmishes. I have a lot of interest in the sport but as all of you know Michigan is relatively new to Airsoft.

I would be willing to drive almost anywhere in the state to give it a try.

Are there any websites that have a schedule that I can check out?

there's not really any compiled schedule... Events are usually posted between 1 to 3 weeks before their date. just keep an eye on the 'Events' forum, and let the host know you'll be attending.

usually, we have between 2-4 events per month...not counting informal skirmishes...

There are a few more minor groups around michigan, but most use this board as a central place to talk. I don't know if there are any teams, or groups of players in K-zoo, though.

If you're willing to make a drive to Ann Arbor, and play with a bunch of youngen's (13-17), then we'd be glad to have you. we plan all of our events on this smaller team forum; newman.proboards4.com/ . Just like with games set up here, post to say you're coming and we'll be happy to have you.

How high is your M4 upgraded to? what spring and all?

Welcome Bio. Just keep watching the boards for events and you'll see they pop up pretty frequently. Viking has been hosting quite a few SEMTEX (www.semtex-airsoft.org) games and I wouldn't be suprised if there were one this weekend. Those events are mostly in Howell, however, so it could be a bit of a drive for you. I'm sure some players in your area will post something.
