I found a Tokyo Marui MP5-PDW. the gun is used but in excellent condition. It has one slight problem which it had when I first got it. The trigger mechanism sometimes jams in the semiautomatic mode. This is not a real problem because with a bit of practice you can easily squeeze off single shots in the fully automatic mode. This problem hasn't gotten any worse in the last six months since I've had this airsoft. The gun comes with double mag clamps, high capacity magazine , 240 round high capacity magazine ,drum magazine 1000, Canadian made triple magazine pouch, etc. etc. This kit includes: MP 5 PDW, standard 28 round magazine, handmade tactical sling would u say this is a good deal for around $70? and the prob with the gun...what would it cost to get that fixed?

All that for $70? Sound like an OK deal to me... but how used is "used"? And that problem with jamming in semi, it might be an easy fix, but who knows. It could be a selector switch problem, which would fall towards the easy end of the repair scale, or it might be something inside the gearbox, which makes things more complicated.
Still, for $70, even if you have to dump some money into it to get it fixed, it might turn out to be a good deal. Do you have the chance to see the gun in person and try it out?

Snip has the same problem with his MP5K. It will just refuse to shoot while in semi-auto sometimes but rocks in full auto (And with that EG1000, the short MP5 mags go dry in about 1.2 seconds). I have no idea what could be causing it but I know he's looking into it so maybe he could give you the answer after he gets it fixed.

Same happens to my ICS MP5, even with the FTK. It'll usually fire one round in semi auto, then jam like nobodies business. Takes a while usually to get it unjammed, and lots of banging and a little swearing. Full auto like previously mentioned works like a champ..who knows

Yeah my Commando jams on semi a lot too. It's usually only if you fire to fast though.

I think I see the one on ebay I won't bid on it despite the temptation but I see it says. This kit includes: MP5 PDW, standard 28 round magazine, handmade tactical sling, or original box for shipping and original manuals. The other stuff he says he has but doesn't come with the gun.
