Ok, is it illegal to play with your airsoft gun without the orange cap?

It is illegal to import guns without orange caps, owning/using them in the US without them is fine. Case in point: Daisy Airstrike. They get it into the US (or make it in the US) without orange, sell it without orange, and it shoots Airsoft bbs.
Having uncovered/not destroyed trademarks is an offense, though, since it's against the copyrights.

they are the trademarks that r on the real guns like hecklor and koch uses HK-and it is illegal for airsoft weapons to have them, because it is a copyright by the actual company.

All retailers are legally bound to send you a gun with something covering over the trademarks--
--on that topic...do you know what trademarks are?
Seriously, on a gun, there are symbols that are copies from the real gun manufacturers. On my M4, there is a Colt horse with COLT written around it. Colt (the company) trademarked that logo, and I am not allowed to reproduce that without asking for permission and/or paying them. Tokyo Marui did not ask permission to use their logo (to be disputed, actually, but that's another story).
If you buy from overseas, ask them or choose the option that says "covered trademarks and orange paint on the muzzle" so you can stay on the right side of the law.

Ya, I have a TM AK-47 and it got shipped with nothing on the trademarks, all there is for trademarks, though, is some russian writing that tells you what setting is auto, semi, safe, etc.
Does anyone here live in Highland, MI?

The AK comes with no coverings/alterations because there are NO trademarks on the gun to begin with. The markings you speak of are just Russian writing, not any manufacturer logo or trademarked design. The Steyr AUG is the same way; no trademarks so no need for putty or the *gasp* Dremel treatment.
Also, I merged your two posts into one. Please refrain from posting twice in a row. Thanks!

i copied this from a gy who copied it from a pamphle on import regulatios he recieved with a gun that had been imported.
based on this, selling, mnufacturing, buying, and transporting (i don't know if this applies only to commercial transportation, or if driving yourslf to a skirmish with the gun in the trunk counts aswell) a toy gun (applies to airsoft) without the proper blaze orange is illegal. You can own it with out the orange, but i'm not sure if you can transport it yourself to use it as well. I'd say once you get that gun, go ahead and take it off if you want, just repaint it if you want to sell it.

Did you guys take off the orang markings on your guns? Personally I do but after the little incident at OP: Immediate Response I think it would be wise to leave the orange on especially at all games.

So, you're saying, leave the orange caps on?

What are some of the consequences if a policeman saw me & my friends playing with them? Or other people?

A bullet from a cop is a 'Worst Case' kind of consequence, though getting thrown on the ground and handcuffed is a little more plausible. Frankly, if you think your weapon is going to be seen by a cop, you're doing something terribly wrong. (Either not putting it in a case while in transport or playing in a fairly open area).
If you put your weapons in lockable cases while transporting them to and from your house, and play on private land where the neighbors know what you're up to, you should be okay. I've told my neighbors what's up and make sure to shoot only behind my house, hidden from the road.
