I'm having a difficult time deciding whether I weant to get a G&P MOD II(No pouches on vest, have to buy separately) or a Blackhawk Crossdraw EOD tactical vest. If I could get some feedback to help me determine what to get, that would be greatly appreciated. ;D

Go modular, you'll save money in the long run. Trust me.

A Modular rig offers versatility. You can change it to work with whatever weapon you choose to use, or re-arrange stuff into positions that work better for you.
Thus, you won't wind up spending money on four or five different vests before you find a setup you like. You buy the modular rig, grab the pouches you want, then fiddle with them till you get the setup that works best for you.
And honestly, if you're looking at a modular rig, there's no reason to buy a replica, unless you can't find a setup you like at a price that agrees with your wallet. The price isn't that different, and the real stuff mostly comes with a lifetime guarantee.

People change weapons all the time, a modular rig enables you to switch pouches without having to ditch the vest you've used and are comfortable with.

Thanks, all. My mind has been made up. I'll go G&P MOD II.

the Guarder vests are cool. they allow you to get different attachments on them, attached with velcro. they come with pockets for $70
