Nope, I don't have them for sale...........I'm cluing you all in on what I found at our local Dunham's Sports while looking for goggles & mask. As the subject line reads, Scott Strike Thermal Goggles/Mask (in olive color only) for $15 ;D. I came home and did some research - best price I could find on similar setup was $40, usually running around $50 with a high of $60. So I ran back and grabbed one. They're the flexible plastic material, eye port is fully sealed, and they're fairly comfy (even with glasses). OK they're not the coolest color in the world, but olive will help you blend in out in the woods (making it harder for me to nail your ass). If interested, chk your local Dunham's, and if the same deal isn't available, drop me a line (there were 2 left). NO, I'm not in any way affiliated with Dunhams, Scott, etc., nor is this a $-making or promotional enterprise of any sort. Just trying to help the cause!! 8)

That's a great price! I played paintball for two years and used a JT Spectra Thermal goggles+mask. Now, since you can't aim with the mask on (you can't align you head on the gun with the mask on) I just use the goggles and wear balaclava.

Cool beans Viking! Aye I'm the same, balaclava and goggles...sometimes helmet. I love my Paulson tactical goggles! Ballista is going to need some eye protection for next week, maybe those $15 Scott Strike's wouldn't be too bad. *me strokes beard*

I just went and checked at my local Dunhams, and they don't even have these goggles, let alone any close to that price. Do you think you could grab me one for the $15? I can send you a money order to cover shipping plus cost of mask/goggles as soon as I know if you can get me one! Thanks

Retraw get some nice cheap goggles and then if you have the extra 15 bucks I got my Kevlar Hood from www.uscav.com its nice and comfy and you can breath out of nicley because its pretty light and I have had it for about a year and there is no flaws with it.

I also wear a Nomex Balaclava, but instead of paintball goggles I wear safety glasses (like what construction workers use). I think these look better, and they don't get in the way. Plus they are practically free (you can either find some around the house or buy them for $3-4).
I have to say, $15 is a good deal, are they extra small size or something?

Ed, I shot a pair of shop glasses with a springer as a test, and it went right through leaving a nice little hole. If there is one peice of gear in airsoft that you should not skimp on, it is eye protection. I personally will not play with someone unless they are wearing paintball goggles or true tactical goggles. I am not going to be responsible for taking out someone's eye.

it seems like as long as the lense is made out of a softer flexible material, it works good for airsoft

retraw, Airsoft Ohio has done qauntitive testing on different types of lenses. Tactical Goggles and Paintball Goggles easily withstood point blank shots from a 550fps PSG-1. Military Issue SWD goggles, which are soft and flexible, didn't.

Right through? My shop glasses took 4 consecutive 400 fps round at about 2 feet, nothing but little dots on em. I actually use a very nice set of berreta shooting glasses. Even yellow tinted so they make it a little brighter. They also withstood the same test.

Yes, RIGHT through. And this was with a springer shooting about 280fps.
