I found it interesting that each team distinguished itself at some point during the day. TAC-02's excellent communication and teamwork allowed them to emerge with one survivor from the high-risk warrant service, a mission that chewed up the larger teams. MTASC perpetrated the aforementioned super-sneaky run through the gauntlet. MAC's assault during the sweep and clear mission was pretty much the dictionary definition of "sweep" once it got off the ground - that was the only time all day I saw the OpFor forced to rush back.

I have to echo Zorak's comments. It was interesting to me how different teams excelled at different parts of the event. That was in essence why we structured the event the way we did - the skills necessary to accomplish one mission might be completely different from the skills needed to accomplish the next.
Jacko, you should post the mugshots. Those were freakin' hysterical.
As for the whole "You can accomplish Mission 1 without firing a shot" thing goes, it was true. I didn't say that you wouldn't take any fire, just that you wouldn't necessarily have to return it. The distinction is subtle. Be that as it may, "Big Ray" and "Fisheye" had a limited amount of ammunition, and "Fisheye" in particular was pretty wasteful of it. As soon as they were out of ammo (or even low on ammo), negotiations could commence. And the other criminal associates could be captured if you got the drop on them. If you secured and cuffed Redneck while he was screaming "I'm unarmed! I'm unarmed!" you'd have been fine. But if you assumed that he was telling the truth and passed him up (or gods forbid turned your backs), he whipped out double Glock 18's on you.
Sneaky. It's extremely difficult to tell combatants from noncombatants when everyone is dressed in civilian attire. That critical eye (is this person armed, is he behaving in a threatening manner, etc) was something that was extremely important for the High-risk Warrant Service mission. It also helped in the pairs shooting course, where a number of people missed an armed target hiding back in a dark corner and a number of other people plugged the armed cop. This stuff is really hard, which is why SWAT and HTR teams train like animals. I think you should all be proud of how well you did.

Personally, playing Big Ray, I had a Glock 18C, a 50 round magazine, and one 23 rounder...
My ideal situation was to waste ammo on full auto...and if i ran out, i would give up...
It was hysterical seeing the guys react to the flying phone book that i whipped in their direction.. ;D

well my team cant think of anything but if you give us a general description of what it is then we can check for those things and if we are missing it then we can give you what kind or a model #.
you know how it is when you have so much crap that you take with you there's no way to track down a certain thing.

Ok fair enough...
a) Goggles
b) Can of Green Gas (rather full)
Goggles were found in the parking lot, while the green gas can was discovered over by most of GK's gear.

Woo! at one point i had my jacket chock full with 10 grenades. Sometimes, in my fevered nightmares, I can still hear Bigmack shout, " Grenade!! ... ... ... ... BOOOOOOoooooooo MM!![/i]" And I wake up, sweating.
