Op: Deep Jungle (Aug. 7th '04)

Congratulations to the Assassins for a superb job on their organization and administration or the Op. There were few waits of any length, and things were on time. Plenty of Airsoft combat, though!

Thanks to the Assassins for puting this event together ,and to 21st century for there support and goodies for the raffel .
The event went great and I have no complaints. There were the younger guys from Jackson ( I believe) ,a few people that were concerned they would be to immature to play at a event with use "older" guys and girls ,but in my opinion they were more mature than some of the adults that I've encountered while playing airsoft. Section 8 would not hesitate to invite any of them to future events that we may hold , or would be happy to vouch for them for other events. Hope they and all others that attended, had fun.

I would like to thank the assasins for letting the nwa (my team) come and play. We all had a great time and would do it again. We saw what a higher level battle was like and it is different than what we are used to but it was a lot of fun. Thanks for the compliment of not being immature. We enjoy playing as much as anyone else and we didn't want to screw up the oppurtunity by acting under our age. Thanks again to the assasins and 21st century for hosting the battle.

I personally had the most fun defending our bomb (blue team) I lugged that baby everywhere, which conveineatly (sp) my spring broke before i got the bomb. Anyway I defended her to the last stand where i charged about 30 yards before i was impaled by bbs.

For coming out to Otsego and making this a great event. The guys of the Assassins and I didn't make this event great. It was all that attended that made it great.

Rob and Mitch thanks for the use of your props, that made "the helicopter game" and "the drug bust gone bad game" a blast. I hope the POW's weren't treated too unfairly.
The underage people were only that in appearance, they did a great job of playing with us "old people" I heard of no complaints about immaturity from anyone. Boys be sure to thank your parents for allowing you to go do something like this. And tell your parents that the next time we have an event we will be happy to include underage people again.

I had a great time as well even though my hicap broke . It was a great battle. I will try to attend Deep Jungle 2 if you are going to plan on having one.

i had a great time. Allthough it really kinda sucked having a gun firing 300 fps, when it should be 380-390 but i adapted. Just had to get within 40-50 ft for a shot. Anyway i had a great time and met some new people on these boards to. I don't know who it was i was going around with and slaughtering the whole other team the last game. But, we mad a hell of a two man team i can say that ;D. I'll definatly be in for a deep jungle two, if i'm here in michigan.
