Bump for insertion of a new rule 2. People have occasionally enforced proper thread locations but we didn't have an official rule.

Please stop reporting people for necroing in commerce. It's not a necro unless the thread is explicitly shut down. The fact that it's an old thread doesn't mean the guy has lost interest in getting rid of the item.

4 - Any racist/sexist/abusive language will be deleted by mods or cleverly edited to make you seem silly. So please avoid it. This includes language implying that homosexuality is bad, such as the use of "gay" or "fag" as insults. Note that this rule does not foreclose other punishments for such language, including warnings or summary bans if warranted. Apparently we need to bump this, because I've seen people reference women in a derogatory fashion twice today. Knock it off. |
