If it's just a creek, and nothing gets deep into your weapon, you should be fine.

some reports say that AEGs can take water, others say they will die....
i've heard of a gun shorting out in the rain, and another of going through a creek/stream and coming out OK, firing just as it did before...
i think it all matters on if you get water on your electrical connections, and into the electronic equipment (A.E. the motor)
just walk slow by the creek, or avoid it altogether. if it's only a foot deep, wade through it nice and slow, and you should be OK
