That almost happened to me... here is the story.
I was assaulting a defended position and an OpFor was behind a manmade bunker of trees and whatnot. Anyway, I was running towards another pile of logs and yelling at my other teammates to assault as well. as soon as i closed my mouth, a bb hit me right below my mouth... where my teeth would have been if I was still barking orders...

It's pretty unlikely, but not that unlikely.

It's not unlikly at all to me, i have be hit twice in the teeth, and a few in the lips. But the best was a friend of mine was yelling when the bb went straight into his mouth open causing him to choke and swallow the bb. He then proceded to hack the bb up. From a distance it was pretty funny... for me.

I've been shot in the tooth before, and it sucks. Weirder was the bb that got lodged in my ear at Safari Strike 2. Drove me nuts for a day and a half because I couldn't figure out if something was in there or not. I finally had to get my girlfriend to dig it out of there with a pair of tweezers.

I got hit in the tooth yesterday at SM5, chipped the shit out of my tooth. I'm now in extreme pain because my dentist sent me to a root canal specialist because it fucked up my tooth that bad. So now the pain killers are wearing off and I have a throbbing headache, not to mention the pain in my mouth.

yea the same thing has happened to me.
I was on top of the 80 ft tall grass/sand covered hill (Its very steep on one side and a cliff on the other) defending the base with a pooper 9, spring m47 shotgun, and a spring pistol. My friend was charging up the hill while my other friend was covering him. I grabbed the shotgun and unloaded on the guy crawling up the hill. I hit him 3 times and he wasnt calling hit so i kept shooting until he finally did and while he was screaming "hit" my last shot went in his mouth and down his throat.... He cried....I have nothing else to say
**There was no permanent damage**

After reading this thread over, this is the perfect example of why everyone needs googles airsofting.

I took it as the perfect example of why people need mouth and ear protection in addition to goggles...
