Just a quick note to give the link to our site for downloading the movie we made during our latest adventure. Special thanks to Kyle (Talisman) for doing the camera work and to team SBD for making this a great success! DevilDog did the mixing and cut it down from the nearly 1 gig it started out to be. We also had a couple of rogue players out for the day but over all I think we had 12 people. Everyone had fun and interest is growing fast. Sad thing but we had some equipment failures and our resident surgeon was out sick for the day but hopefully this week we will have more fun and maybe a larger showing! I have nothing else to say, opening this message, I thought you were going to tell about your weapon failure. It was awesome for me however ;D. Too bad I couldn't get you to surrender. Anyways, I sadly will have to see the video later on at Paul's. Here's what happened... Our team had 4 rugged and dangerously skilled players (okay, I'm not being 100% truthful on this). Unfortionately, we were outnumbered by the enemy by 2 and there was a rogue agent in the mist as well. As the game started, we ran to where we thought the objective was, hoping everything will go well and we would be the first to the briefcase. My team spotted a shinny item and all got hammered down by the rogue agent. He hid cunningly, but his mistake was trusting his first aim on me. Once he let out the round, I reacted immediatly, getting down and letting off half my mag. The rogue was no bother, for a short time. Since my team was about to respawn again, I decided to sneak up on the enemy from behind before they noticed me. They unknowingly let me behind them, killing 4 of their teamates before I was taken out by a respawned guy. I was so close to taken out the whole team, but sadly I backed off to respawn somewhere else. Eventually we had the briefcase, the objective, and needed to place it on our required target, then hold it there for the remaining 10 minutes left in the game. The enemy was fortified at the target and we had no way of seeing them without being shot to death. My Steyr AUG just ran out of ammo, so I had the briefcase in one hand and the pistol squirming in the other. Every time we would advance, my teamates would get nocked out by auto fire. I had to advance, but before I could, I heard a nasty clicking sound behind me. The rogue seemed to have run out of ammo at the wrong time, letting me come up to him and ask for his surrender. The bastard wouldn't, letting off anything he could at me, but still fired nothing. I wouldn't chance it, I fired two shots right at his chest, assasinating him like in Saving Private Ryan (without the headshot of course ;D). Sadly however, getting back to my original location, the enemy lit me up, taking out the briefcase carrier. Furtionately the enemy did not win that day, but we lost as well.
