We were playing our small games around a friends lake house and we were playing 2 guys with socoms will hunt the sniper with the m1 carbine.
Well it was my turn to be the sniper and i had 1 min to find a positon and run well there are 2 houses next to eachother on this lot, and that makes 3 ways they could come at me so i positioed myself on the far corner as i could. Well the lot infront of the house is about 60 to 80 feet, and the lot is about 120 feet long.
Well the came down on the far side of the house and i was partially hidden by a 2 foot sea wall, and as they turned their back to check the roof, BANG i shot and rolled behind the seawall so they couldnt spot me. About 10 seconds later i peeked out slowly and confirmed my shot. and they still had no idea where i was. so i aim again and BANG but the wind took the shot and curved it aobut 6 inches and it hit this pole and made a loud Clank.
They still had no idea where i was and just as i took another shot he saw me! He tried to duck out of the way but couldnt get out in time and got hit in the chest. The game didnt even last more than 1 min, but it was a lot of fun for me ;D.
And the shot i had made was about 50 to 60 feet away free scope.

That is a cool story. You have a scope on your m1 carbine?

Soudns like you had a fun time, I haev a bb rifle, i can hit stuff from pretty far away without thinking about the shot, i just point, shoot, pray, and ususally get really lucky, or im just damn good I have nothing else to say. Im leaning towards the lucky side...

Darksoule
we didnt have a scope mount on the m1 at the time, but now we do... they have it 0ed at about 2 inch grouping at 50 feet i think is what they said
SilentEnemy
Thats kindof what i did, but i had to use a bit of my skill ;D i was behind a seawall and some rocks were infront of me and the seawall had a 6 inch over hang, so i was shooting under the wall, and above slabs of rocks. then rollingout of sight after the shot...
I was reading this sniper hand book that said... "If you can see your target... he can see you" And thats where i got the idea from, after i shoot, just know where he is without seeing him. It seems to work quite often.

Its actually pretty good... You could hit a human sized target accuratly at about 100 feet, but wind gusts take the bb around. Im not sure what gram it is but its 8mm bb instead of a 6mm. Theres little tricks to get the most power to it and loading. For example... when you load one in the barel... you need to make sure the mag isnt being pushed up any more, as if u were settin the gun on the ground resting it on the mag, it would semi jam and you would have to push the lever a bit to get it to load the bb. When you shoot however you want to hold the mag up as best as you can. there is about 2/10th an inch that it can move up and down, and if you hold it up the gas excapes and seems to hit the bb harder.
but all and all i would say its an awsome gun!

Sounds really neat. Next time I play with you, darksoule, and snow panther I'll have to see what this bad boy looks like.

Im feeling really lazy right now and dont kno the maker however if you go to the link for the tgas message boards... down at the bottom it has our amazing list of 3 players and our guns... its manslayer99's gun and the makers name is there....
