Well I would really like to get a Laylax Zero trigger and keep my GSpec all Laylax, but no one has the Zero Trigger in stock. My question then becomes, has anyone had any experiance with the PDI V-Trigger? Non-bore up, of course, but all the reviews say that it is pretty good, I just always heard Laylax to be better.
Also, would the PDI V-Trigger and PDI EZY S-piston be compatible?
I realize the spring guide and springs I will have to buy **

Laylax/ Nineball IMO is right on par with PDI stuff. Both companies have extremely high quality products
the PDI website (www.x-fire.org) should let you know what is compatable with what.

Dunno if you checked it but this is what I said on A.S.F. Laylax is a subsidiary of Prometheus if that helps at all. I have some Laylax parts in my M24 and they're just dandy. Well-built and reliable. I see Laylax and PDI on a similar plane in terms of quality. Both would be a worthy option when it comes to choosing an upgrade. I gave up searching for specific M24 upgrades so I switched my entire internal assembly into upgraded PDI and Laylax APS parts. I'm pretty sure First Factory is also part of the Prometheus/Laylax company because on the box of my Laylax cylinder it says "First Factory" in the corner.

Yea, I saw that Embed. I have done plenty of research on the vsr upgrades and I know all the sub brands, same as, all that jazz. I have seen and used a Laylax Zero Trigger, and with its commonality first hand experiance is readily available. However, I know of no one with the PDI V-Trigger.

Well PDI seems to trust it with their $1,000+ upgrade kit (the M24X) so I think it'd be a worthy option. I'm considering buying one as well and have been reading around, the guys over on AirsoftForum.com seem to like them just fine.
The M24v and VSRv triggers are only different externally (same small inner parts). The major selling point, for me at least, is these triggers come with PDI's Tight Setpin which supports your spring guide a lot more efficiently. Just for clarification, the M24v Trigger includes the APS style Tight Set Pin while the VSRv Trigger has it's own VSR Set Pin designed specifically to counteract the problems of previous VSR Set Pins (older ones couldn't handle high tension springs very well). I think the fact that PDI has not only come up with a new and more durable Piston Sear design as well as their reinforced Set Pin is reason enough to consider the vTrigger series a top of the line product.
That's all the info I can share without actually having hands-on experience with this part. If I get mine before you decide I'll let you know what I think of it in person. If you are ordering yours soon feel free to post how you like it as well, I'll be interested to hear.
