Ah, but what if a whole team of people hated you? Or perhaps the bulk of the active forum really had it in for you. Let's say 20 members were smiting you as often as possible. At 7 times a day, that's 140 karma points per day. That would only take about 21 days. I could be dedicated to hating a member for 20 days. And lets not forget about all of the other random negative karma you get just for being you. It might really only take 15 days of effort.
I bet if the community really banded together, we could drop somebody down down past -10,000 in no time.
Of course, karma doesn't really mean anything anyway, so who cares?

Do it.. Go for it.. Like you said - The Karma doesnt mean anything. And Knief, no using moderator powers, if you want to participate in the Lowering of The Karma then you have to do it legitimately. In fact, there shall be an Off Topic post just to advocate the cause.
