if it is like the UTG L96, then it can take all after market upgrades that the Maruzen L96 can.

not quite all... i'll work on a list of upgrades that are not cross-compatible and post it up here... but it may take me a little while due to forgetfulness

Just for the record, the AGM L96 is the exact same as the UTG L96.

I have nothing else to say, no, UTG just imports the AGM and rebrands it, that's all, it's just like Echo1/JG except no warranty/quality control issues.

This gun isn't a clone of the Maruzen internals, they accept VSR internals. At first glance you notice the VSR bolt handle, then when you scroll down, you notice it says it accepts VSR internals.
I've only seen a couple people that have these, and most of them are in the UK.

Its an AICS system, the M700 with the L96 chassis system. It has an M700 reciver and a Gspec bolt handle, im curious what it is like.

I wouldn't trust anything Evike says about it. To be safe research on Airsoft Retreat, there should be a mass amount of threads debunking any rumors or myths.

I have the UTG, and it is most definitely "not" the same thing. The AGM is kinda thrown together... I can't say much more about the UTG, but it seems to be much higher quality. (Plus its compatible with Maruzen parts!)

Just remember that its not compatible with ALL maruzen parts. But it is for some of the parts that the Maruzen L96 can take. Just dont be surprised if the gun breaks after long use because the gun isnt build with Maruzen Upgrades in mind and the gun may have a few stress point and break. But, then all you have to do is purchase a Maruzen L96 and throw you upgrades into it . Also, dont be surprised if you have to purchase a new trigger/trigger sear because even Maruzen break after time but, like I said before, Maruzen's are built with upgrading in mind. This means UTG's life span is shorter than the Maruzen.

Silly monk, UTG just rebrands everything, because, well, that's just what they do, oh well. For your sake, I hope your gun continues to perform for a while, as most UTG/AGM/Well/Some retarded name L96's have a 3month lifespan after which they decide it is time to break in some shape or form.

Its just sad that low budgeted people buy the clones, then they break and it costs more money to fix a small problem than for a new gun. be weary
