I can confirm that it will NOT fit. My friend has the mp001 and my m324 mags will not work in it. Not sure where you can find mags though.

No... Mp001 and the M324 are not the same whatsoever. They are even both clones of different guns...

yea i have the MP-001 and i can tell you FOR SURE THEY WILL NOT FIT. they are very diffrent inside, the MP-001 is a Tokyo Marui VSR-10 Clone. the MP-001 mag is about 3/4 inch longet than the M234 the MP-001 is not a tall, and the MP-001 is rounded where the M324 is not. Got this info by holding one up to another. hope this answers your question. And for buying them i had no luck, looked every where.

I bought a 55 rd mag for my mp001 off ehobbyasia for $15 w/ shipping. Just look in the mag section in their ebay store.

I know many people here hate airsplat, but I have had no problems with them. And they have MP001 mags for 5 bucks apiece.
BTW: I'd appreciate a review also, as I was thinking about getting one of these.

Alright guys i got my MP001 the other day in the mail and I had only 2 very minor problems. The first was there was a little piece of plastic in the feeder that was making bb's go into the reciever where the cylinder is. Easy fix, just cut it out. The second was the hop-up is very high. If you use .2's expect it to sky rocket even with the hop-up all the way down. I got some .25's today and it works like a charm and its very very accurate. Although the entire reciever is plastic almost the entire rest of the gun is solid metal. It is very sturdy and the best part is you can teflon mod it just like the UTG M324 and it already shoots 430-450. If anyone get the 55rd mag I posted earlier expect to have to file some parts down to make it fit as its not the same size. All in all, this is a great budget sniper that can get the job done.
