Hello all
Ive got a 380% spring and it defiantly makes my m24 hotter than organized fields will let it go. (604fps with .20g) So I was going to get a PDI 300% and was wondering what the chrono numbers and the general performance of it is. Anyone who is running a PDI 300% in their sniper rifle, i would love to know how you like it and what numbers it produces with .20g.
thanks

Out of all the rifles I have built I use PDI 250% in them along with FF cylinder, piston, guide, cylinder head, piston head, and sears. My first APS I built crono'd at 549.23 my second crono'd at about 548. I am in the process of finishing up my M24 now. All I can tell you is the 300% is to strong for any field use and should be replaced with a lower (250 max) spring.

I have always heard that the 300% drop in kit will put you at around 500fps with .20s.

it does.. thats a CA 300% spring that comes with it. I take that out and put in a PDI 250% shoots 550.

well right now ive got the Advanced Cylinder from CA. so do you still think that a PDI 300% would be too strong? or should I still go with the 250%?

Like I said 250% PDI with the CA cylinder kit always put me at 550fps. I would do that, and if you find a pdi250 in stock anywhere let me know please.
