I have a VSR 10 and am looking at upgrading it and am wondering if anyone else here has one and has upgraded the gun.
I know it is not stock because it shoots 380 fps, but have no idea what mods have been done to it. It is a sweet gun, totally silent. The only thing I am sure of is that it does NOT have a tight bore.
Any opinions, reviews would be great.

Can you expand upon that? I see all of the Laylax upgrades.. teflon cylinder... zero set trigger, m170 spring....
What did you run into, problem wise?

I think Livonia had a VSR-10 G-Spec that had everything you could basically put in it. It ended up blowing up on him because it couldn't handle all the stress.

There was so much stress on Livonia's G-Spec that it basically warp the receiver.

so what kind of upgrades, if any, will improve performance without putting stress on the g-spec

the damn thing is just waste, feels like its going to explode in your face... going over the M150 spring is a bad idea. Mine shot 543 fps.

I have a G-Spec with a 170 spring. shoots well over 500 fps and have had zero problems at all. I dont know where you guys are getting this info about the G-Spec being a horrible gun. It's one of the best out there along with Maruzen. I know guys shooting over 650 fps with theirs also. The people who have problems with them obviously don't know what they are doing.

What did you put into your g-spec other than the 170 spring?
I added a lot to mine, put in the 170 but cant seem to get it above 470... ?
