I have the cleaning rod, someone told me something about a pad I need to put in the slit on it, like silicon or something. But not this certain type of house chemical cause it'll eat through something, they have ot at wal-mart near the guns...
I really can't remember what he said. (Can you tell?)

Yes I can. However, whenever I clean mine, I just use a piece of tissue. It works well enough to get most of the grim out. I'l have to get back to you on what chemical to use.

Be careful with the rod. I got mine stuck in the hop-up. After I pulled it out and shot it again, it was far less accurate.

always turn the hopup ALL the way off before cleaning (if you do indeed have an adjustable hopup). the same goes for any airsoft gun

Where is this place in Livionia? I would like to get one of these guns. Does anyone have a telephone number to this place?

The UTG HQ is in Livonia, but they don't deal with customers. You have to order through one of the stores that carries them. I know Black Mesa carries them, and I'm sure Emipre does too.

You can go to the UTG factory and get a new bolt. They gave Mini-Matt one for FREE when his broke............ and then his gun got ran over by a car.

Anyways... back to the topic. The rifle is great. You can accurately hit a man-sized target out to good AEG ranges, I should know, since I've only been on the receiving end of mine in games. When you fire at a small target at about 100-175 feet, you'll probably miss a few times, but my sniper has never failed a shot on a person at those ranges. I put some silicon lube in the bolt to make the cocking easier, and some in the barrel, although you need to shoot till you clear the excess lube out before it shoots right again. I use .25's in the gun, the hopup is great. The mags are nice, too, the standard sniper I field is 2 25 round mags with .25's and about 100 or so in a speedloader in case of a long game. That gets us through, although I'll probably be swapping my mesh mask for my sniper's paintball-style helmet so he can use the scope better. I'd get one if I were you... the're nice for the price.
