Just a word of wisdom, those Straight .43 gram bb's have graphite coatings on them, and you will constantly be cleaning out the inner barrel of graphite.
Also, if you are only upgrading your gun to 350fps with .2 gram bbs, the .43 gram bbs will go incredibly short distances at extremely low fps. Not exactly ideal for a CQB situation.

While I absolutely do not agree with a statement of increase barrel cleaning, due to use of .43's, I do agree with questioning your need for using them at such a low velocity. I've been using Straight .43's in my APS for over three years. Thousands of rounds have passed through the barrel. I have never noticed anything other than normal debris, like silicone and fuzz. Most, if not all, of the debris comes from particles that get into the magazine, cling to the bb's, and transfer to the inner barrel during firing. As for low velocity use of .43's... wasted money. Four-three's are expensive ($20.00 for 1000). I just don't see a benefit to firing a heavy object at low velocity. If you're expecting extra 'punch' for breaking through light cover I think you'll be sorely disappointed. My system may at some point be proven inaccurate, but from the chrono readings I've taken it seems to hold true: Every .05 grams increase in weight causes a 20-23 feet per second (fps)decrease in initial speed. Assuming that's somewhat accurate you can see that if your replica fires .20 gram bb's at approximately 350 fps, it will fire .43 gram bb's at only 250 fps, because you've added .23 grams (.23 / .05 = 5 (4.6 actual, but you round up)) and 5 x 20 fps = 100 fps. But, its your decision.

read this review...http://honolulu888.homestead.com/Ca870cqb.html
43s might be a little too heavy. but i dont want my bbs flying everywhere. and because of the engagment limit it sux. but. if i am shooting a high weight bb and my gun can shoot 430 fps with 2.0s but it shoots under 350 with the heavier bb, can i still go full engagment?.
also. back to the post at hand. has anybody played or own one of these?

Not quite sure if this was translated using the Google translator, but I believe somewhere in there you asked if a replica shoots .20's at 430 fps, but .43's under 350 fps, can it still be used in a game. If the event organizers are using the rules outlined here: miairsoft.proboards2.com/index.cgi?board=r-n-r&action=display&thread=1055191860 (as most Michigan players do), you would not be permitted to use that airsoft replica for CQB. However, it would be permitted for outdoor use with a 50 foot engagement limit. And, if you read that review closely you'll see that he eventually decides to give up a small increase in accuracy for the cost effectiveness of a slightly lighter bb.
