ok, i have had my KWC Sig p226's from the begining, (3 yrs about) I have noticed in the past springer wars i have played that the last two bbs no longer were feeding do to the spring wearing out...
ok i decided wut the hell, ill take it apart
these mags are really stubborn to say the least, i was afraid i was goin to break it the whole time. In order to take the mags apart one must unscrew the screw in the upper middle portion on the side of the magazine, then take a paper clip and push out a pin on the bottom of the mag
Now, the bottom "boot" for lack of a better word, comes right off the rest of the magazine. Next, i suggest using a small flathead screwdriver and pry the to halves of the magazine apart... careful u may here some snapping, do this slowly so the el cheapo plastic doesnt break inside...
Now, when u get the halves apart u most likely will see a spring about 1" long come sailin out... DONT LOOSE IT
that spring holds the bb release latch, which will also fall out of the casing
pull the main spring the runs the length of the magazine and simply stretch it out... I have nothing else to say Dont loose the bb feeder piece that sits on top of the main spring
here is where the fun begins... notice on the right side there is a plastic chamber filled with a shiny large silver weight? take it out...
Now, proceed to cut/dremel/melt/file/widdel out about 1 cm of the chamber where the weight was... ( the top most cm next to the long bb chamber where the large spring was...this is still part of the weight chamber not the bb release mechnasium above!!!
Once done with the cuting make sure there no shards of plastic in the bb track of the orginal chamber....
put mag back together... really not that hard at all
Ok, now load the bb chamber with about 8 bbs and shake the mag gently back and forth with the bb chamber/spring facing up, repeat process to no more bbs will go in... then load the orginal 13 bbs that can fit in the bb chamber...
Fire Away! when out of bbs, simply release the mag, pull the spring back and lock it in place (i modded my locking area to hold the spring in place better, by simply making it a bit larger, but do not round the courners) With the spring locked back turn the mag so that the bb chamber/spring side is facing the ground... again gently shake back and forth.... notice u will not get 13 bbs back in the chamber do to the weight chamber not being the length of the bb chamber... on average i can get 9-10 with a few shakes... slide the mag back in and fire away... continue process until all bbs in weight chamber are gone (u can tell by there wont be anymore rattling)
Basically that improves your bb capacity from 12-13 bbs to a whopping 54
this may work for other spring guns if in the magazine there is a weight chamber next to the feeding chamber where the bbs are stored
video of reloading is available via email

unscrew
