I've been playing around with an M3 shorty for about a week... It's a pretty nice gun, range is comparable/better than a stock AEG... I dont have any experience with the maruzen, so I cant give you a solid comparison of the two... If you buy an M3, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

He means a full stock version.
And I concur, the shorty is just a bit too short for me.

since my friends and i are staying spring only (they dont have the $ for anythin else) will the m3 super 90 dominate over all other springers? obviously except upgraded snipers
u think this is a good deal?--- slighlty used m3 super 90 "entry model" aka barrel chopped a little with 8 shells, and shell holder on stock shipped for 260... yeh or neh?
thanx

Sounds ok.... but then again when buying used from someone you don't know or can't meet before purchasing.... then you always risk the problem of "slightly" used becoming "heavily" used when it arrives. Just my .02 from past experience

Well, We picked up our M3 with 7 shells total and like 3 bags of BBs for 235 shipped w/paypal fee... 200 was the sale, i believe. But that was a sweet deal (thanks jackstraw ;p) so 260 sounds... decent. I'd look around first tho, check out some retailers and watch the commerce boards. 260 aint the *best* deal, but it's cheaper than retail. However, if what grunt said turns out ("slightly" becomes "heavily") then it'd be best to have payed that extra buck for a new gun.
Just my 2 cents =)

If you're looking into getting a TM M3, search around through this site www.infernoindustries.iwarp.com/the author, infero, is pretty much the leading expert on the TM M3. He has a lot of good information as well as fixes to common problems up there.

The first time I went and played at M40 was with Blagnaskin and thats when he first got his M3 Super 90 and after a few games everybody was like "WOA the shotgun I dont want to be hit by that, that hurt last game" just cuz Joe got a lucky break a few times and picked the right hall and came out right on top of a lot of people, but I know there was a lot of skill involved
