I have found great prices on a Super 9 Pro with scope and sling and a P226. Both spring. Just wondering what you guys think of em and how good/durable they are. (Ecspecially the 9 !!!)

to put it mildly...a Marui pistol springer beats it out in both range...and accuracy in it's stock form.

The reviews that rave about it either sell the gun or are n00bs that aren't familiar enough with airsoft.

The good reviews are from stores so i've read. The ones that say it sucks are people who listened to store reviews

hold up ruspot I have springers and take out AEGS with them left and right. Granted I usually use a an AEG but by TM glock, KWC supergrade desert eagle are actually close in performance to my AEG minus ROF of course, but on the super 9 yes I owned one and it shoots nice if it were a pistol, but for a sniper rifle you could do better with a KWC spring DE or spend the cash to get an M24 or something. Also the gun is real light and the durablitly is well... I guess you get what you pay for basically. Its a great gun for the money but not a great gun compared to guns of higher cost you know what I mean.

DONT DISS THE SUPER 9! sure the thing is crap stock, but when u upgrade it and do a little tweaking, it is a beautiful gun, ive had mine for 4 years and i would use nothing else.(cept maybe a psg-1)

Yeah, but for all the money you put into upgrading it, you could have bought a decent gun. Even if you get it to shoot halfway decent, it's still a lightweight plastic piece of crap.
In other words, no matter how much you polish a turd, it's still a turd.

mine has been transformed from a turd to a chimpanzee that flings turds, and it didnt even cost that much to modify it ($50)

TM springers outperform almost every other spring gun except TM rifles and maybe the DPMS springer. The KWC Desert Eagle Ultra Grade is on par, but costs more, and is unwieldy, so TM beats it there my friend had a super9 that he "upgraded", but my TM Mk23 springer still spanked it, and cost $70 less in the end
