Hey guys, looks like my first real post on here. No one had made one yet, so I figured I'd do it. I had a great time today, shout out to Pagan and his guys for hosting and reffing; you guys do a great job. I'd say the humidity made it a bit rough in terms of fogging, but regardless I think most everyone had a great time! I believe we were at 106 in total for players, that's a great turnout, especially for all the guys we lost to OP Crucible. Regardless, it was a great day. Sunny and warm, with a bit of wind which helped cool us down. I took these two photos (and edited them), let me know what you guys think!

The only real issue I had was that I constantly got shot by friendly forces throughout the day. On five separate occasions myself and two teammates took fire from friendlies which were not even fifty feet away. It's a safety issue when you don't take the time to verify what you're shooting at.

I personally had a great time. I was only there for half of the day but it was a lot of fun. I didn't shoot anyone on my own team but I came close a few times just because the people with civvy clothes were confusing me. Overall I had a great time though. The reverse 300 at castle was my favorite engagement of the day. I was defending both times and was one of the last people left both times. I took quite a few people with me!

Issues: my squad getting started late, humidity/hydration/fogging which didn't affect me but was definitely present, getting shot many times by teammates who were wearing more ambiguous colors than me(check your freaking targets! I'm wearing all M81 woodland camo with green gear, REALLY?), refs goofing off and at times disrupted the game.
It was a pleasant day overall. Not too much down time despite the weather and it being a rec game, mostly evenly matched games, only one personally witnessed sportsmanship issue. The usual for a NL/Action PB game.

Personally I had a great time. Game modes were fun, plenty of action and a beautiful day. Only one small gripe, lunch seemed a bit long. I know it was only an hour but still when you go from running and gunning to an extended standstill I suppose it will seem long.
Did anyone else happen to take any more photos?

If you are using a GoPro, make sure to put wads of cotton balls between the camera and the case. It reduces those clacking noises. Just keeping it REALLY tight in the case helps a lot.

Good video! I wish the refs had redirected you guys back to the house after spawning at the pavilion. Kevin W. was telling me he didn't know me an this one other kid were still alive, holding down the fort.
Definitely a fun game though!

SABR had a fun but short day. Thank you Pagan and the SK guys for the great day of airsoft. We had two guys that wanted to see what the sport was about and one of them was sick around lunch time due to the humidity and not hydrating despite many reminders. We look forward to the next event.
