I have no personal experience with Lonex motors, so hopefully someone can chime in there for you. I would imagine you would want either the A2 or the A3, depending on whether you want torque or speed. I would imagine torque would be the better option.
Yes, your G&G uses a standard version 2 gearbox, which is identical to the G&P. It should fit right in.
*EDIT* Wait, are you still going for a high FPS build? If not and you're not changing anything out on the G&P GB, the high speed motor might be a better option.

A G&P V2 gearbox will fit in a G&G body. The Lonex A5 is barely considered an upgrade; just pay $5 more for one that has neodymium magnets. SHS high torque, ZCI balanced, or Lonex A1 would all be fine choices. A good motor with a lipo will get you around 30 RPS which is fine in my opinion. If you use a lipo (especially an 11.1v) you have to get a mosfet though. A good cheap one is the Nukefet for $23.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDxQaB0CQqkSimple Google searches can find you things like that. It seems like you're fairly inexperienced with teching so I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself. Either pay a tech to do it for you, or just stick with a 7.4v. A 7.4v LiPo has been generally known to have about the same performance as a 9.6v NiMh.

And my gun is a G&G not a G&P, would it fit? Yes, it will fit. Things to note: If your gun is an electronic blow-back model you will not have blowback with a G&P gearbox. The gun will otherwise function the same. The linked above G&P gearboxes will be significantly better out of the box than your stock G&G gearbox. They will work fine with your current motor as well as with any long type motor you upgrade/sidegrade to. As stated above make sure you get the correct wiring (front or rear) depending on your current gun setup (buy the same wiring that you currently have).

A LiPo is consistent and won't lose performance until it is nearly drained. A standard NiMh will lose performance as the battery is drained. So a 1/2 charged NiMh will have significantly less performance than a 1/2 charged LiPo. Not to mention that LiPos are generally smaller, lighter, and can fit into tighter spots such as buffer tubes, PEQ boxes, etc.

I can do it. But why not just stick with the 9 battery Because a lipo will give you full consistent performance until the moment it dies. The 9.6 will slow down as the battery drains. A 7.4 lipo will have roughly the same performance at full charge as a 9.6 at full charge, but as the 9.6 degrades as it loses voltage the 7.4 will stay very close to the same output until it is dead. In the end it's a matter of preference. Once you go to lipo you won't go back.

I think I'm going to get the G&P gearbox and put in a m190 with the speed motor so it pulls the spring faster. And I might get a lipo too.

You need to get the M190 spring idea out of your head. It isn't practical in any situation. Not to mention I doubt a high speed motor can pull a spring that heavy.

I can pretty much state with all confidence, you won't be using an aeg with a m190 spring at any legit field. Anywhere.

unless we open up the DSG can of worms, but I doubt his new guy can handle that much.

There's a higher chance it'll work but you won't be playing with any of us here on MiA if you use that setup. The FPS you're looking to reach is fast enough to embed a BB into someones skin. That should be enough to make you reconsider.
