Is any of the other things they sell worth it? I see they have manly WE, King Arms, and Dytac (is Dytac some re-brand?) in regards to guns. I also noticed they sell some Emerson Holsters. I'm trying to gauge if they are good enough to get some things that would be more expensive somewhere else and if it's actually good.

I had a problem with them the other day, but then I placed another order and it went without a hitch.
Generally I'd say they are alright but pay with paypal so you have some recourse if they give you any trouble. Don't wait 45 days or whatever they say before filing a dispute if you don't get the stuff on time etc. Overall though I'd say ok/good, pretty bad customer service but great pricing and products.

EDIT: Forgot to add as well, pull up the product you want to buy then let the page sit for around 5 minutes. More often then not they will popup a little window offering a further discount on it. Some discounts are larger than others etc but it saved me around $5 last order.

If you buy in the US it's usually 3-4 day shipping as well.

Where exactly is this place located? From what I can gather they have a warehouse on the East and West side of the U.S., a location in Europe, and I believe one in Asia from reading a review that a guy said he made a mistake and ordered from Hong Kong.

I just heard on this forum that somebody had a big shipping debacle with these guys, I would be careful when ordering from here. I would try to find the product on another site that you have some experience with.

I ordered from them 2 times both from usa east warehouse, I received my shipment in 2 days both times. I would recommend them. If you are looking to pinch a few pennies and dont mind the wait you can order from their asia warehouses too. each warehouse has different sales so it may be worth looking all all the different warehouses.

I just heard on this forum that somebody had a big shipping debacle with these guys, I would be careful when ordering from here. I would try to find the product on another site that you have some experience with. That would be me, it was a screw up from both ends. I screwed up in that I didn't catch when the package got here which does happen since I run a small business and I get a fair number of packages. Basically it wasn't labeled Hobby King and I assumed it was a part from Ebay. Even so the shipping got screwed up and took somewhere around 10 days or something like that from the US warehouse which shouldn't have taken so long, and they gave me the wrong tracking number as well which made me also think it hadn't delivered. So comedy of errors on both sides. They had pretty poor customer service though which I had to contact several times during that and honestly that was a bigger black mark for me. That said I placed a bigger order after and it came through without a hitch yesterday. So pay with paypal just so you can have a recourse, and hope you don't need to deal with customer service but otherwise it was good the second time around so it is what it is. Luke

Well I've only done the two orders, I ordered from the East coast both times. Second time I was going to go west coast in case that had an effect on the first order but rather I did them the same to see if they resulted in problems which of course it didn't.
My read on it is the west coast warehouse is larger, may or may not effect how quick the order gets to you etc but the east coast is newer from what I've read.

Okay thanks. From what I've noticed looking at each of the Warehouses it seems that the Hong Kong warehouse doesn't ship to... well anywhere. I found this out when I was looking at the WE G17 and noticed that it said click here for countries we cannot ship to. I wonder why though.

The USA warehouses are a relatively new addition I believe. When I ordered my battery it was from HK and while shipping was slow, it was cheap. I try to order from the east coast warehouse now to reduce shipping costs, but their pricing system sometimes makes buying from other warehouses cheaper overall, ironically.
They might not ship out complete guns because of customs laws. Not sure why you need to get a WE g17 from HK though; plenty of US retailers sell it too.

Other than airsplat I haven't seen in G17's around. That's likely though because I haven't searched hard enough.
