Could you give out a rough estimate on pricing like how much would a standard m4 birdcage flash hider cost?

$5. Any flash hider around that size I'll do for $5. Ak-84's I'll do for a few bucks more as they are much larger. But it can be as complex or as simple as you want.
$5 is high but really thats the lowest I'll do work for. I'll do it cheaper if I have room to toss it in on another. Good example of a price is I did a replacement KJW frame for a Glock 19 in close to cb for $30.

that is actually a very good price. I was expecting you to say it would be close to $30 for a flash hider. I will be looking a few things over and will get back to you if something pops up. This is a nice service to be available to. Just out of curiosity what is the max size you can print?

Thanks for the info. I may be contacting you soon about some ideas I've been thinking about. Also how durable is the final product? How much abuse will it take?

How much would it be to print a regular sized gearbox in titanium, and print titanium gears?

What's your turn around time like, ogean?
Can you post up some pics of your work in the OP. Curious about the print quality/detail as it sounds like you have access to some pretty awesome printers.

Thanks for the info. I may be contacting you soon about some ideas I've been thinking about. Also how durable is the final product? How much abuse will it take? I got 2,000 rounds on a muzzle break with no issues. Durability dapends on what you want used. Pla, abs gets. Also the infill aka how hallow the inside is. I can do 100% solid or .5% hallow inside. Turnaround time dapends on what you want. Titanium expect a few weeks as I ave to work that time in at my work. If I'm not busy I can have a few hour turn around. But typical 1-3 days. Titanium pricing of not cheap. If yu are serious about it we can talk but a set of gears won't be under $150-$200 as the machine is expensive to run. The titanium is pretty expensive. I can do carbon nanotube for a little less that is as strong but lighter. But it could b a month wait on that. Of anyone needs anything just shoot me a pm and you can text me I'll give you my number and I can show you a few prints.

If you ever have printing services available again, I was wondering what the price for this floating valve would be in a pretty strong material. (It is very tiny, about as thin as a pencil and about 1 inch long)

Sorry posted it on a few sits and ended up getting swamped. So won't be adding anything new unless is something that will bring in a chunk of change. There is a guy doing it on craiglsot that might be able to help you but I Dont know if he can work with cad. And his printer is pretty small and cheap. One of the cheap cube printers. But he might be able to help you.
