I was reffing/rping all day, but from what I could see people seemed to enjoy themselves. We had only a few minor incidents, mostly involving people not using proper eyepro. I took a few pics earlier in the day, sorry for the potato quality, they were taken with my phone. Hope everyone enjoyed the night scenario involving the objects with point values. That was our first time running that type of game so we obviously have some tweaking to do. Long story short the green team pushed tan all the way back into their base with a little help from the OpFor, but in the end green ended up losing by taking possession of the point object which just happen to turn their score negative (cue womp womp effect). Overall I think the day went well.
The one thing I am going to bring up, and never want to see or hear about again at No Limits, is Goose Stepping and yelling in German in the parking lot, or on the field / staging area.
That is seriously beyond ridiculous. I had several people ask me what the heck was going on, including some new player's parents that were in the parking lot. It is awfully hard to explain why an adult is wearing German camo, goose stepping, and barking orders in German in the parking lot.
I understand that some people put a lot into their kits, and that is fine, but things like that take it too far. I am not going to let our events get the reputation of having people acting like Neo-Nazis at them. This is not what airsoft is about. If you want to do that, take it somewhere else.

Wait, so we just had to be holding it for it to count? It was my understanding that that object never came into our base, and was in route to be planted in the Tan base. I thought it had to be in the base to count.

In the future I think it might be a good idea to have a moderator periodically check to see what is in the bases. I spent the last half of the night portion running defense for Green, and I am pretty sure it never came in. I was told of its existence and I was also told to not let it enter the base. Someone else said it was being taken to Tan's base. It doesn't really matter, but I think that it can be taken into account for future events.

Thanks to Pagan and the SK fellers for a fun game like always. Had a blast last night skulking around with the Opfor.
While packing up I heard pretty much every cluster of guys that walked to their cars say that they had a blast playing the night op, that they really liked the idea/scenario, and some saying it was their best game ever. (With the exception of two tan guys. But I'm chalking that up to them being mad that Opfor and green kept them holed up in the castle base for such a long period. Haha)
Thanks again guys.

When OpFor noticed it was gone, they actually WENT to green's base and asked do you guys have it? They were told no, so they tried to help contain tan at their base so it couldn't be removed. When I called game and asked for the objects to be brought back to staging, Tan brought their ammo can and the biohazard case, and green brought over their can, the opfor can, and the laptop bag. When someone brings you the items and presents them, I'd say it's pretty safe to say they controlled it. I was also told that they went through the bag and had looked at the contents, so I'd say that is a pretty sold indication of it being under Green control.

With less than 30 minutes left in the game, myself and a couple other OPFOR, checked Green base, and asked more than a few Green players if they had the laptop case. No one knew where it was, AND we told y'all not to have it by the end of the game.
Please don't make generalizations if you weren't there, or have no idea what you're talking about.

Yep, by the end of the game I think we were being pretty obvious about things. Not sure if people thought we were trying to trick them or what. The one time we tell the truth as opfor, nobody believes us.

I had a great time for my first game in Michigan! Special shout out to Gunny from Suicide Kings, I was 20 min from the field and an hour from home when I realized I didn't have an inner barrel and hop up in my gun (don't ask I have nothing else to say) when I arrived on the field I introduced myself to Gunny and explained the situation. Gunny hooked me up with his own barrel from his spare gun and let me run with that all day. I was extremely pleased to see the airsoft community in Michigan is much like the one back home in SW Ohio. Thanks again Gunny! People like you are what keep the community alive!
So far as the game went I had a great time! It was odd to see a field running paintball and airsoft at the same time, but it didn't end up being a problem, so I'm not complaining at all. The only issue I noticed all day was some players took their goggles off ON FIELD IN PLAY... seriously disturbed me. It's the responsibility of the players to monitor safety of each other. Whenever I saw someone do it, I corrected it, but I wasn't with the same player all day. I just ask that everyone be mindful of that and if you see it, please lend a helping hand! The community is great here so I have no doubts it won't be a huge issue.
Thanks to the Suicide Kings for hosting, and for Leith, Reed, Mark, and Ethan for showing me around the field! I am for sure going to be going to more games in Michigan after my experiences here!

I for one had a great day for the last No Limits of the year. The games went smoothly and everyone seemed to have a great time. Thanks to the Suicide Kings, cqbr, and others for putting on and helping with a great event. Also, good luck with your soon-to-be off-spring, Pagan! and for *Laith, *Reed, Mark, and Ethan for showing me around the field! I am for sure going to be going to more games in Michigan after my experiences here! It was nice meeting you, man. Looking forward to hitting up The Ohio Project with you soon.

I'm glad you were able to make the trip up from BG to play airsoft with us and there was no way I was going to let a missing inner barrel/hop up ruin your day! So far as the game went I had a great time! It was odd to see a field running paintball and airsoft at the same time, but it didn't end up being a problem, so I'm not complaining at all. But I do appreciate you stepping up and correcting them as it certainly helps us keep this sport safe to play. Thanks to the Suicide Kings for hosting, and for Leith, Reese, Mark, and Ethan for showing me around the field! I am for sure going to be going to more games in Michigan after my experiences here! We hope to see you around in the future!

I had a lot of fun. Everybody barring a but a couple of people were pleasant to play with and the weather was great, and I even picked up some good kit before leaving. I brought a friend who had never been to an MiA game and he enjoyed himself a lot, and would like to come to another game in the future. I consider the game a success all around.

My friend and I had an awesome time even though I had battery problems again on my guns but hers was good the whole time. She had a ton of fun and can't wait to play next time.

Thanks to Pagan and the Suicide Kings for putting on another great event. I had a great time. Also thanks to Pagan for spending his lunch hour cutting, twisting, melting, etc. to remove the orange flash hider off my G&G M4 so that I could attach my tracer unit for the night game, that damn barrel peg was a pain in the behind.
