Do you by chance go to dewitt? Haha
Anyway, I think it would work as a club much better than a sport, for many reasons. I think gabriel covered a couple good catchy names to call it. I particularly like panther airsoft and panthers operations group. You would also need to factor in transportation and a already established player base. If you have a group of 5-10 guys already who are regular airsoft players, that would help the club take off from the ground and also help people who may just want to join but are unsure or just know nothing about it. Just a few of my thoughts off the top of my head...

I agree as an actual sport it wouldn't work but I think it's possible as a club. In fact me and my team are in the process of making an airsoft club at our school, our principle seems that he will go for it as long as we have clear safety rules and a name that doesn't say airsoft, milsim, or shooting for the club name. We were thinking gas, electric, and spring powered replicas club. So I think as a club it is completely possible.

Maybe not 100% accurate, but the school would eat that shit up. If you wanted to keep it legit do a MILSIM once a year and every other game is a training exercise.

Ya I saw that too. However my principle likely wouldn't be butt heart over this club. He like the districts Elementary principle are both Military veterans. Hmm... maybe I can ask him about it tomorrow during conferences if I get the chance.
