Other PCs in the $200 range include: AWS OCPC (6094 Clone) Mayflower APCTAG Shellback BansheeFirstSpear STT Crye AirLite PCAres ASPISEagle EPCs and SPCs can be had through Ebay, FB Airsoft pages, classifieds, etc for roughly $200. My advice would be to crosscheck the features of the DCS to a few other mainstream carriers and see how it compares. Things I usually look for or ask about a PC are: Overall weight Comms/hydro routing features Kangaroo pouch, does it have one or not? How is the cummerbund attached? Does the cummerbund have any internal pockets? What's the denier count of the build material? How tall/wide is the carrier?

If you do consider buying a Eagle SPC through EBay, keep in mind they have soft armor inserts sewn into the carrier itself; so you'll have to consider your legal obligations but it might be a bonus.
I've delt with a lot of TAG Banshees and it's a good no-fancy-frills carrier. Things to keep in mind though: the kangaroo pouch is slightly smaller than many others, you'll need side plate pouches if you plan to use side hard plates, and the front space above the kangaroo pouch is well known for being too tiny to properly mount most admin pouches.
